Personal chef Tytania has always had a strong passion for food and health stemming from her early work as a model and dancer, and her food sensitivities to gluten and dairy.
She specializes in making international gourmet ‘health’ food. Her rule is that food that is good for you does not need to taste like you are missing something, but can stand out with distinction and excellent flavour. She has worked with clients in her native New York City, Los Angeles, Milan, and London where she currently resides. With a particular passion for fish and seafood, Tytania’s clients have ranged from weight loss, celeriac, gluten and dairy free, macrobiotic, vegetarian, diabetic, and insulin resistant.
She has travelled extensively and her knowledge of food and wine span from Italy and the Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, Japan, India, and the Americas. She is well skilled at creating bespoke menus and is happy to offer healthy fine dining options as well as daily and weekly food delivery.
