Richard Edgley – Personal Chef Southampton and Portsmouth
Personal Chef Richard has a passion for both food and the outdoors. He started his career at the two star Michelin establishment Le Manoir Aux Quat Seasons in Oxford and has since spent the past nine years working in a number of Michelin and AA Rosette establishments.
His travels have taken him around the world which has led to his passion for fusion inspired food.
Most recently Richard worked for an exclusive 11 villa resort called ‘North Island’ in the Seychelles which regularly receives high profile royal and celebrity guests.
Richard is a trained pastry chef and loves baking so expect all produce to be homemade. He likes to think of his food as natural, playful and indulgent.
