Marco has been cooking professionally for more than 15 years and has a passion for all types of food specialising in Italian, French, British and Mediterranean cuisine. During his career he has worked in different types of kitchens in 3 different countries: Italy, Germany and United Kingdom.
Born in Palermo, Italy, Marco moved to Germany aged 19 after finishing his Catering Studies, where he worked as a Commis Chef. A desire to further his career brought him to Edinburgh. After 4 years, he then started to work for Café Marlayne, a renowned French restaurant, where he perfected his skills and gained experience in French cuisine and baking.
Marco now cooks privately giving him the opportunity to bring culinary expertise into the homes of others to deliver a much more intimate style of cooking.
