David de Castro was born and studied in Spain. David has had the honour of serving alongside brilliant chefs in Michelin starred restaurants throughout Europe.
While training to become a chef, he honed his skills at El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, twice ranked no.1 restaurant in the world. It gave him the exposure and the learning he needed to master many tricks and learn cooking skills from the very best.
David enjoys travelling the world to learn about different cuisines and craft new recipes. He moved to the UK in 2015 and loves to fill people’s lives with quality, tasty food.
While David is highly skilled in many cuisines, his menus nod to his modern European heritage.
